3. Eligibility

  • Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.

4. Client Obligations

To ensure successful project execution, the client agrees to:

  • Provide timely feedback and approvals.
  • Share accurate business and content-related data.
  • Cooperate with requests for assets such as logos, credentials, or platform access.
  • Respond to communication within a reasonable timeframe (typically 1–3 business days).

Delays in communication, feedback, or asset delivery from the client may result in timeline extensions or missed deadlines, for which Empire Metrics will not be held liable.

5. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise stated, all pricing is provided in Bangladeshi Taka (৳), US Dollars ($), or your preferred global currency.

  • Advance Payment: Most projects require a 50% advance before work begins.
  • Milestone Payments: For larger or long-term projects, phased or milestone billing may apply.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion, prior to final delivery or deployment.
  • Late Fees: A late fee of 5% per month may be applied to overdue invoices.
  • Refunds: We do not issue refunds for work already completed unless agreed in writing.

We accept bank transfers, international wire payments, credit cards, and other methods agreed upon during onboarding.

6. Service Delivery and Performance

We strive to meet agreed deadlines and performance goals. However, delivery timelines are estimates and may be impacted by factors such as:

  • Delayed client feedback or material provision
  • Changes in project scope
  • Technical issues or force majeure events

We are committed to transparency and will notify you of any significant delays. Any changes to project scope, requirements, or goals must be formally agreed upon.

7. International Client Considerations

As a global service provider, we ensure our communication, delivery systems, and compliance standards align with international norms.

  • We work across time zones and coordinate through email, Zoom, Slack, and other platforms.
  • All content is developed in English unless otherwise agreed.
  • We comply with international data protection standards, including GDPR (for EU clients).
  • Taxes and duties (e.g., VAT) applicable in the client’s jurisdiction are the client’s responsibility.

For international clients, delivery of digital services is considered complete upon fulfillment of agreed digital deliverables.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • All materials, strategies, code, content, and designs created by Empire Metrics remain our property until full payment is received.
  • Upon final payment, ownership of approved deliverables is transferred to the client.
  • We reserve the right to showcase work in our portfolio or marketing materials unless a confidentiality agreement is in place.

Clients must not copy, resell, or distribute our intellectual property (website content, templates, processes, or designs) without written permission.

9. Use of Website

11. Liability and Disclaimers

Empire Metrics will not be liable for:

  • Loss of data, profits, or business due to third-party platforms (Google, Facebook, hosting providers, etc.)
  • Interruptions or delays caused by internet issues, software bugs, or client-side actions
  • Unrealistic or misrepresented expectations from services

While we use industry-standard tools and best practices, we do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., #1 Google ranking, guaranteed ad conversions) as digital environments can fluctuate.

12. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel ongoing services with a written notice (usually 15–30 days in advance, depending on the contract). Any work completed before cancellation is billable and payable in full.

Empire Metrics reserves the right to terminate services if:

  • Payment obligations are not met
  • The client engages in unethical or illegal activities
  • There’s consistent non-cooperation or abuse

In case of termination, all deliverables completed up to that point will be handed over upon receipt of any outstanding dues.

13. Data Privacy & GDPR Compliance

Empire Metrics complies with international data privacy laws including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for European clients.

  • We only collect data necessary to provide services.
  • Client data is stored securely and never shared with unauthorized third parties.
